Update: We raised over £500 again this year, BIG thanks to all of our clients who helped us to succeed, and also a BIG thank you to our groomers and other team members for giving up their holiday and working for free to ensure the day was a great success!
We are pleased to announce that on National Dog Day, Monday, August 26th, Cherished Pets will be holding their 2019 charity dog grooming event.
Last year we raised over £500 for Waggy Tails Dog Rescue Bournemouth after amazing support from our existing clients as well as many new clients who booked their first appointments on our fundraising day.
This year our groomers and receptionist will again be working for free to make sure the day is a success.
All grooming fees for this year’s event will be donated to Margaret Green Animal Rescue to help them to continue their amazing work, helping animals from Bournemouth, around Dorset, and Devon.
Margaret Green Animal Rescue helps and rehomes approx 1200 animals per year, providing veterinary care and temporary homes, as well as a permanent re-homing service which aims to find loving families for rescue animals.
